Meet Dr. Barry Frazelle

Dr. Frazelle is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Zoology and Dentistry. After graduating in 1987, Dr. Frazelle joined Dr. Bernie Morgan, former and now retired senior member of Atlantic Dental Group, in the practice of dentistry. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association and Wilmington Tri-County Dental Society, of which he was President in 1993.

Continuing Education

• Training in aesthetic dentistry and TMJ dysfunction at Spear Institute in Arizona
• Veneer preparation, temporization, and placement at UNC-Chapel Hill
• Training in the dental treatment of sleep apnea and other sleep disorders at UNC-Chapel Hill in conjunction with the UNC School of Medicine and Dentistry
• Multiple yearly advanced general dentistry courses with a focus on state-of-the-art technology, research, and techniques

Away From the Office

Dr. Frazelle resides in Wrightsville Beach with his wife, Anna. They have two daughters, Hannah and Kirsten, as well as a son in law Christian. He currently attends Port City Community Church and participates in local and international dental outreach. Dr. Frazelle’s hobbies include surfing and driving cars on the race track.
