He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an undergraduate with a degree in Industrial Relations & Economics. He lived in Richmond, VA for two years working for Maddux Supply in the Industrial Electrical Industry. After discussions with his father, who graduated in the first class from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1954, Dr. Lee knew what his true calling was. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1996 and moved to Wilmington, NC to join Atlantic Dental Group.
