Patient Appointments:

All appointments are scheduled through our office. Every effort is made to schedule your appointment in a timely manner. You may schedule an appointment with any of our dentists or hygienists by calling our main telephone 910-762-0958. Our staff will make every effort to book an appointment at your earliest convenience.

Since our available procedures time is VERY limited, it is imperative that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you can not keep an appointment. We understand that emergencies do arise, but we do need you to understand that, once you schedule your appointment, an adequate, and sometime lengthy time slot with the dentist/ or a hygienist is allotted to you. With the back log of patients needing dental treatment, we believe it is not fair to other patients when a time slot goes unused. Generally, with advance notice, we are easily able to fill a time with another patient who has been waiting for this important dental care.

All necessary forms will be sent to you within a few days after scheduling your appointment. Please read, complete and sign the forms. Remember to bring COMPLETE AND SIGNED PAPERS, and INSURANCE CARD with your appointment date.

Emergencies:

There is always a dentist on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. If you are an established patient of our office, call the regular office number when an emergency arises and you will be instructed on how to reach the dentist on call. If you are not an established patient and an emergency arises, proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Prescription Renewals:

When calling for a prescription to be refilled, please call our main number 910-762-0958. You will be instructed to provide the following

1- your name,
2- your date of birth,
3- the doctor you normally see in our practice,
4- your pharmacy name and phone number,
5- the name of the medication and dosage.

Prescriptions that are mailed to patient, take five to seven days

Questions for the Dentist:

Our dentists welcome questions from our patients throughout their course of care. Every effort is made to return calls in timely manner. However, emergency and urgent calls are handled first.

Billing Policies:

Our office participates with some insurance plans with direct payments to the dentist. Even within one insurance company, there are several programs with varying benefits and requirements. If we do not participate in your plan, we will estimate what your responsibility will be and submit the insurance claim form to payment of their portion
